Manish Gupta
Chief Operating Officer
Based in California, Manish is the COO of Rapidflow with over 24 years’ experience in the IT industry, driving operational excellence and innovation into every aspect of Rapidflow's operations. He oversees business operations, policy implementation, and executive functions across departments including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and oversees all aspects of delivery. Known for his practical yet innovative problem-solving, he has led key projects in Oracle Value Chain Planning, Oracle EBS, NetSuite, and Cloud Fusion in past. Manish holds his post graduate degree from IIM Mumbai with specialization in Supply Chain Management and B.Tech in Industrial engineering. His past work experience includes companies like General Motors, General Electric, Infosys, Wipro.

Tushar Kanwar
Director, Oracle Practice and Industry Solutions
With over 20 years of industry experience, including a significant tenure at Oracle, Tushar brings to Rapidflow strong competencies in solutioning and improving efficiencies in enterprise apps delivery across Rapidflow's enterprise applications practices - Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis and Workday. Tushar is equally invested in Rapidflow's Intelligent Automation practice and is at the forefront of the effort to make Rapidflow's AI solutions align with their customers' business goals. In his role, Tushar also helps oversee new business development, offshore operations, and sales and marketing strategy. With a dual-pronged specialisation via degrees in Business (Delhi University) and Computer Applications (IMT Ghaziabad), Tushar brings his business and technology acumen to Rapidflow and its clients everyday.

Banwas Nayak
Associate Director,Value Chain Planning Practice
With more than 15 years of experience, Banwas leads the Supply Chain Planning Practice with passion, precision, and a drive to deliver results. From pre-sales to delivery, from building teams to building strategies, he has been at the heart of it all, and has successfully transformed the planning function into a center of excellence — mentoring talent, optimizing systems, and guiding organizations toward SCM maturity. Off late, he's bringing AI into the mix, crafting the next chapter of intelligent, agile, and future-ready supply chains. Banwas is a B-Tech graduate from Computer Science and Engineering with certifications in APICS CPIM (BSCM and MPR)

Farheen Hassan
Head of Human Resources
People and Culture Advisor at Rapidflow with 15 years of experience across HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition, Farheen has been the driving force behind establishing and scaling the HR function at Rapidflow, right from the startup phase to today’s global business. Farheen's academic credentials include an MBA in HR from Amity University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from the University of Delhi.

Jaiprakash Parashar
Head of Finance
With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Jaiprakash plays a pivotal role in shaping long-term financial strategies aligned with Rapidflow’s business goals. In his position, Jai is responsible for operational and strategic aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Jaiprakash holds an MBA in Finance from Kurukshetra University.

Nagendra Palla
Head of IT Infrastructure and Security
With 15 years of experience Nagendra leads DBA Practice at Rapidflow who has played multiple hats throughout his career. His comprehensive experience encompasses Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Administration, Upgrade, migration and Oracle Fusion Applications Administration for modern cloud-native application stack management. He specializes in multi-database platform expertise including RDBMS and NoSql. His cloud administration capabilities span with architecture design and deployment expertise in OCI, Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for multi-service cloud administration, and hybrid cloud solutions that seamlessly integrate on-premises and cloud environments. Nagendra helps organizations navigate complex technical landscapes while ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance for mission-critical infrastructure that powers enterprise operations.
