Job Duties: Initiate, plan, schedule, execute, monitor, and provide support for various IT projects. Provide support to projects and enhancement requests on production instance for Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, along with existing customizations and any new modules and/or customizations that are implemented. Coordinate with offshore team and client management to ensure successful execution of important project rollout milestones including CRP (conference room pilot), UAT (user acceptance testing), and go-live. Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs, including manufacturing and supply chain planning to determine feasibility, cost, and time required and compatibility with current systems and computer systems capabilities. Architect Oracle Supply Chain Planning or Demand Planning solutions and deployment for the client. Provide Supply/Demand Planning products integration design for new development projects. Responsible for planning, development, testing, and documenting computer programs applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems related to Oracle EBS modules. Work with the business users and IT department to identify future requirements and prioritize/schedule technical projects involving integration with Oracle database and applications. Responsible for monitoring support activities and project communication. Analyze, review, and alter program to increase operational efficiency or adapt to new environment. Perform causal analysis to identify areas of improvement. Coordinate with client managers to ensure service execution. Proactively identify support flaws and implement measures for prevention. Prepare regular reports and identify areas for improvement. Interact with users to improve user confidence. Review and contribute towards knowledge management. Responsible for raising, assessing, resolving, and closing issues.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or 5 years in a related occupation including Technical Lead, Technical Consultant, or related experience. Position requires 5 years of experience with program management and Oracle ERP. 40hrs/week.
